Liberalism & the Demise of the West - A Reply to Tucker's Interview with Dugin
The Nathan Jacobs Podcast
Greetings subscribers! As you know, I am on a writing hiatus due to my work on the upcoming Amazon Studios show, House of David, until June 14, at which point I will resume to my Leibniz posts.
As you also know, I have launched my own podcast, with new episodes dropping every Thursday — and it’s Thursday!
Today’s episode offers a reply to Tucker Carlson’s recent interview with Russian philosopher, Alexander Dugin (a.k.a., “Putin’s Brain”). Dugin offers his thoughts on liberalism and its role in the demise of Western culture. A number of folks sent me the interview because of obvious points of resonance between our thought, which I highlight, but I also discuss the points at which I diverge from Dugin. So, sit back, hit play, and enjoy.
Oh, and be sure to like, follow, and comment wherever you watch or listen. Not only does that help the algorithm, but I plan to do Q&A episodes where I field comments and questions from listeners / viewers. So drop those here or on those other platforms.
Just a reminder, The Nathan Jacobs Podcast is now on Instagram. So head over there to see highlights of the episodes. Follow, like, and comment on those reels.
